The primary responsibility of the account management support role is to manage day-to-day tasks and responsibilities so that our account managers are free to focus on adding value by being able to be proactive, strategic and commercial with customers.

You will be working with numerous internal departments and third-party providers in delivering the best possible products for our customers and consultants.

You should be a natural problem solver with attention to detail. This role requires strong work relationship building across various departments and with external third-party providers.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • General AM Support
  • Overall support for a team of Account Managers
  • Assist with client queries and complaints working with external stakeholders on a fast resolution
  • Help Account Managers prepare for meetings and reviews
  • Help the team run effectively – coordinating actions, minutes
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and product launches
  • Reporting
  • Help Account Managers with all reporting requests
  • Run one off adhoc customer reports as required
  • Customise dashboards for bespoke client requests
  • General data cleaning
  • Communication
  • Work with the team to make sure all team members are up to date with all communications and training material
  • Ensure all communications channels are up to date and work with other departments to ensure all communication is effective and consistent
  • Assist Account Managers with centralised communication and gathering feedback on key topics requiring coms and marketing.

Key requirements/qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client relationship management or a travel consulting role
● Strong technical knowledge of travel systems
● Proficient user of Microsoft products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to use GDS is desirable
