We have an amazing opportunity for an Account Management Team Leader to join our team at Stage & Screen in our North Sydney or Melbourne office. This is a career defining opportunity to join Australia's leading entertainment travel company.  

As a Team Leader, you will help to drive the agreed retention, growth and profitability outcomes aligned to the Stage & Screen business plan 

You will lead with a customer centric mindset, ensuring all decisions and activities are central to the customer, whilst driving team-based excellence in customer experience, innovation, value delivery, business planning, relationship management and analytics interpretation. 

Managing both SME and Large Market accounts, you will focus on delivering customer value and best practice travel programs while increasing and optimising the number of services provided to customers. 

You will be: 

  • Managing a portfolio of Stage & Screen's flagship clients  

  • Driving customer compliance and growth with directly procured products and services from Stage & Screen including air, hotel, car, rail, ground transport, insurance and VIP services 

  • Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.  

  • Implementing products and service that enhance customer programs 

  • Utilising CRM systems (Salesforce) to leverage customer communications and document activities 

  • Analysing customer data and trends to deliver opportunities through analysis 

  • Conducting yearly reviews and reports to articulate ROI on business plans and offer savings/efficiency improvements 

  • Taking responsibility for the development and retention of your people, clearly articulating a development path for all team members 

All about you: 

  • A client relations and account management hotshot! 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with extensive client/account relationship management 

  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role 

  • Experience managing large accounts 

  • Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to customers 

  • Demonstrable ability to build multi-level relationships 

  • Corporate B2B service experience 

  • Strong travel industry experience 

  • Proven negotiation and sales skills 

  • Strong analytical skills to ensure your ability to identify incremental sales opportunities within a portfolio of key customers
