Account Receivable Executive

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join our global family. The role involves looking after our clients’ receivables and payment transactions to be upheld to Discova. The applicant will need to maintain ledgers, oversee invoices and bill processing, maintain spreadsheets, and manage a database of essential information for all business in our destinations. This role will adhere to all company policies set out by the global finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and send invoices to customers
• Issue fiscal invoices of all debtors
• Calculate month-end provisions
• Collect timely payments from clients
• Produce accurate regular reports at the manager’s request
• Willfully participate in moves to ensure AR processes run as efficiently as possible

About you:

The Essential:

• A BA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• At least one year of Accounts Receivable experience
• Written and spoken local language and English

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Displays excellent attention to detail
• Can communicate well across different cultures
• Excellent presentation skills
