This role will be based in Phuket, Thailand, and only for Thai citizens. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and process all the revenue cash receipts on a daily basis
• Identify discrepancies and resolve unreconciled items
• Follow up and collect outstanding receivables
• Handle receivables until outstanding balances are clear
• Ensure all the collection goals has been applied with company compliance policy on a daily basis
• Pulling the cash reconciliation report to forward to account manager on a weekly basis
• Ensure timely and accurate recognition of IDS revenue and receivables balances
• Reconcile revenue vs sales report on a monthly basis
• Perform the Output VAT report
• Reconcile Output VAT, account receivables
• Help with monthly financial and taxation reports, compliance requirements and internal audit

About you:
The Essential: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting
• 3-5 years experiences in all areas of accounting preferred
• Knowledge of accounting/finance principles and practices
• Knowledge of federal laws regarding finances and taxation (especially WHT, VAT)
• Proficiency in accounting and office software applications (preferred ERP system knowledge)
• Written/Verbal communication skills in English.
