We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract to provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the Shared Services Team, all while keeping compliant with financial policies and procedures.
Your Opportunity...
Produce and send tax invoices to suppliers chasing commission
Call and chase suppliers for commission owing
Receipt supplier commission payments
Review daily bank statements
Review and maintain a creditor ledger
Chase hotels for statements and invoice clients within SLA
Maintain supplier information in the Accounting System
Maintaining historical records
Help operational staff and suppliers with queries
About You...
Experience working in an Accounts Payable or Financial Services environment (preferrable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail
Your enjoyment for working with numbers
A High level of ownership and proven teamwork skills
The ability to meet deadlines
That you are solutions focused with a positive attitude
A strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels
