This is an excellent opportunity for experienced consultants who are looking to move away from direct sales and into a more customer-service oriented role.

What you'll do...

  • Coordinating customer booking requirements
  • Managing post-sale upgrades
  • Assisting with insurance quotes
  • Amending existing bookings and customer travel documentation
  • Other general customer service duties
