We have an immediate opening for an Afterhours Travel Consultant to join our expanding Afterhours Operations Team. This is a great opportunity for experienced consultants to be part of a global travel company with unlimited worldwide career advancement and for someone who is looking for a customer centric position with flexible working hours to suit their personal life.
As an Afterhours Travel Consultant, you will be available during the afterhours on the phone and email online sales and booking service, you are all about delivering amazing travel experience to our valuable corporate clients to help them resolve their issue during emergency times. You will aim to ensure that your clients are your top priority and make them feel that we are there to help them at every step of the way.
Work hours and shifts vary for flexible working:
Weekdays – shifts vary from 6pm to 9am
Weekends & Public Holidays – shifts vary during the day and nights
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience in travel consulting (corporate or leisure) or airline reservation with demonstrated customer service experience
Ability to work shifts hours during week days, weekends, and public holidays
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandarin and Cantonese are highly desirable)
Contribute to a motivated & supportive team environment
Confident in emergency ticketing support
Experience with GDS, Amadeus experience being an advantage
Solutions focused mindset and demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a creative manner
