We are looking for two smart, sales-focussed individuals to join in driving business travel sales in FCB.  Following up on leads to secure as many new customers as possible whilst maintaining relationships and supporting with existing SME customers, this is an extremely rewarding role for those who love talking to our hugely-varied SME customers.  From tech companies to charities, specialist travel businesses to celebrity tours, there’s never a dull moment with the kinds of opportunities which present themselves.  Building great relationships with clients and our amazing consultants is critical, and the opportunity is absolutely huge, so success is there for the taking.

Accountabilities:

  • SalesTo achieve all KPIs set by brand/manager
  • Ensuring 100% customer retention
  • Understand leisure & business travel industry, FCBT business model & products, plus any specialist areas (e.g.  group travel) - To be proactive in upskilling yourself on relevant areas; keep up to date with Corporate Traveller brand, product & marketing (you will need to be able to cross-sell)
  • Admin - Follow all systems / processes (this relates to opportunities or accounts); Ensure CFL record is followed when implementing a customer

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within sales - Essential
  • A successful track record of performance - Essential
  • Education to Degree level - Desirable
  • Willingness to adapt - Essential
