As the Business Analyst in Consultant Commerce you'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and UX/UI Designers in helping execute the product vision and strategies by providing well-articulated solutions that empower our consultants to be the best travel experts in the world. We work autonomously from anywhere and work collaboratively online or in the office to achieve our team goals.

Key Responsibilities include:
Facilitating, eliciting, and gathering of business requirements
Analysing business requirements, management systems, process performance, and technical solutions
Documenting requirements by studying business functions, gathering information from users, and evaluating output
Identifying key business/system processes, business rules, functional & non-functional requirements
Collaborating closely with product owners, engineers, solution architects and test teams to develop, test and implement new features
Analysing and identifying functional and experience gaps that lead to recommendations for improving product performance and capabilities
Providing support in ideating, developing, implementing and enabling new features and system improvements
Proactively seeking data and information sources to help the team make data driven decisions
Conducting gaps analysis and providing recommendations to stakeholders
Assisting with the configuration and development of system enhancements and innovation

Desired skills and experience:
3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the SaaS space
2+ years’ experience working in or with Agile product teams
Demonstrated experience in proven business analysis methodologies such as business process mapping, gap analysis and written functional requirements for product teams
Demonstrated experience in solution definition, business process flows, impact analysis, problem resolution and reporting
Ability to fully articulate requirements, insights, and recommendations to digital product teams and business stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to present and effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
Ability to be a team player in a cross-functional team with a collaborative mindset
