About the Opportunity We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our global family. The role is simple – to acquire new business within Asian markets to meet set targets. To do this, the BDM must seek out sales opportunities through networking, client profiling, and cold calling. It’s their responsibility to develop new customers and sell additional products, services and destinations to existing ones. This role can be done remotely – the successful applicant will report to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Retain clients through excellent customer service – constantly develop multilevel relationships and liaise with account management teams to ensure a professional service.
Source, approach, and win new business opportunities within the travel markets that they are responsible for.
Deliver growth with existing partners.
Adhere to a sales plan defined by annual targets.
Research and develop product strategies for new and existing markets.
Liaise with other teams across the business to ensure feedback and learning is shared.

About you: The Essentials:
Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience - Degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years’ experience Sales with a solid track record of successful B2B development/sales - (sales experience in the travel industry is a plus).
Experience working in the countries they are responsible.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Local Langague

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible, juggling multiple tasks and prioritising as needed.

Solutions-focused, both independently and within a team, assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
Willing to travel on business when required, both domestically and internationally.
