About the opportunity

Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to take the next step in your leadership pathway? This is a rare and exciting Team Leader opportunity to work within our NSW Corporate Traveller division.

As a business leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
  • Providing vision and focus for your team
  • Managing all aspects of the store's business environment including
  • Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
  • Implementing and adhering to daily, weekly and monthly systems
  • Shop and team presentation
  • Driving financial results and KPI's

You'll need to bring:

  • Leadership experience
  • A proven track record in customer connections and an ability to deal with a diverse range of clients 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to manage change
  • Drive, determination and focus
  • Leads by example
  • Sound business acumen
  • 100% belief in and commitment to the Flight Centre Travel Group systems and philosophies
  • Have completed ACCC training
