Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Change Specialist to drive the deployment of System, process, people and culture change within FCTG’s Global Leisure network.

This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic project team in a complex environment providing change management of key project deliverables. You’ll need to demonstrate extensive experience in delivering successful Change Campaigns ideally in an Agile environment.  As the Change specialist, within the Change team you’ll contribute to the full end to end change delivery capability, from Analysis through to Change Planning, Change Delivery and Business Readiness.  

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

• Knowledge of contemporary change management frameworks, methodologies, practices and tools.
• Full end to end change delivery capability, from Analysis through to Change Planning, Content creation, Change Delivery and Business Readiness.
• Strong Excel skills to compare data & create a stakeholder matrix, Comms Plans
• Effective communication skills,with the ability to tailor ideas in ways that are appropriate to the target audience
• Demonstrated experience supporting & executing change activities on business transformation initiatives, particularly involving technology & process change and adoption
• The ability to conduct and document Change Impact Assessments
• Previous experience in facilitating briefings, showcases, demonstrations and training sessions

You’ll be highly regarded if:

• You have a relevant university degree and/or industry qualification
• You have at least 5 years’ experience within an enterprise environment
• You can show a demonstrated ability to grow strong relationships across multiple stakeholders
• You have worked in an Agile environment including SCRUM, KANBAN and story mapping
• You have knowledge of Travel and IT industry
