Position: Client Services Officer - Financial Advice
Location: Brisbane
 
Moneywise Global is part of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). Services directed to current and previous FCTG Staff include Financial Literacy education, Money Mentoring for overall financial well being, Tax services, Financial Advice and Home Loans.
 
About the Opportunity: Our Financial Advice team is hiring a Client Services Officer to support implementation, compliance, customer contact and administration. 
 
Position Responsibilities
  • Preparation of client advice and implementation documents on behalf of Financial Advisors followed by Implementation of that advice in accordance with client instructions.  
  • Maintenance of accurate client profile and reporting data in Xplan. our Advice compliance and CRM platform.  
  • Supporting Financial Adviser(s) with data entry and interpretation of client strategies. This will involve learning and using the Xplan functions of Xtools+ modelling, WealthSolver and Risk Researcher (training provided over time).  
  • Completion of the File Compliance Checklists to ensure that our client files meet the strict regulatory and license requirements.  
  • Build knowledge of relevant products, systems and processes with the aim of working to improve the overall client experience.   
  • Where applicable, build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across FCTG, external clients Investment, Superannuation and Personal Insurance providers, Private Health, General Insurance and Estate Planning providers. 
  • Adherence to MWG, licensee and legislative standards, ensuring our business remains compliant. 

Who we are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic team player with strong work ethic, organisational skills, willingness to learn and to work independently
  • Excellent communicator both internally within the business and externally with customers and suppliers
  • Competency in Xplan as our Industry Customer Relationship Management tool, task management and modelling
  • Demonstrated skillset in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Productivity tools

Qualifications and experience required: 

  • Completion or completing a relevant tertiary qualification to the Financial Planning Industry
  • Strong understanding of Financial Planning Industry Compliance requirements, with completion of the FASEA Ethics Course preferred
  • Relevant industry and role experience with glowing references
