We are looking for a strong negotiator, excellent communicator and customer focused individual to join FCM Consulting EMEA as a Corporate Hotel Programme Executive.

The role is to support the design, negotiation, and implementation of hotel programmes for our corporate clients that want the consolidation to deliver savings and traveller satisfaction.

Accountabilities: 

  • Maintain and create accurate data showing rates negotiated and savings delivered in a user friendly, professional manner
  • Analyse potential savings achieved and communicate them in a professional manner and create ongoing reports to demonstrate saving and hotel spend patterns
  • Strategic analysis of current and future clients hotel spend
  • Analysis of current client programs to ensure absolute best rates are secured
  • Working with Account Managers/Travel Managers to ensure all clients have contracted rates
  • Ensure the accurate creation of initial and annual RFP programs in the appropriate tool
  • Act as primary contact for hotel suppliers regarding RFP programs and tool support
  • Managing the GDS rate loading process for all clients with contracted rates in the UK and Globally
