We have a great opportunity to join the Corporate Invoicing Team.

In this role, you'll be working closely and flexibly with other team members and team leads to ensure that transactional finance delivers on all its responsibilities across financial control, customer focus and process efficiency. You would work closely with the Accounts payable team. The role will require individuals to operate as subject matter experts across corporate invoicing processes, with a deep understanding of end-to-end process flows, to be able to troubleshoot and resolve queries. A key aspect of the role will be problem solving. By being subject matter experts, team members will be able to ensure that the ever-evolving transactional processes are robust, streamlined and limit risk and fraud. The role sists within the Transactional Finance department who has recently moved into a Global Structure. The area works with multiple partners who are focused on delivery of automation and streamlined processes. The Role:

Transactional Finance works with a third party to deliver a function that is both scalable for future growth and leverage external expertise and resources to fulfil these requirements. Most of the day-to-day transactional processing will be carried out offshore, whilst the UK based team will have full ownership and responsibility for all transactional processes, controls and balance sheet standards. The UK based team will be responsible for providing first line support for front end businesses and consultants.

The UK based team work collectively across all aspects of Transactional Finance with each Team responsible for a particular tower of: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Travel, Accounts Payable Overheads, Retail Accounting Operations and Corporate Invoicing.

You will be responsible:

• Embedding newly designed processes, ensuring all key operational success metrics are in place, tracked and reported in a timely manner
• Ensure all key controls are in place and fit for purpose
• Foster strong working relationships with the offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Ensure appropriate SLAs are in place with front end businesses and the correct processes are in place to monitor and track performance against these SLAs.
• Establish the appropriate communication channels and ensure they are operating effectively to ensure Transactional Finance is delivering on its commitments to front end businesses and their consultants
• Individually and collectively drive a heightened level of customer focus in all dealings with front end businesses, external clients and suppliers.
