About the Role 

Working closely as part of a small and focused Monday to Friday team (no weekends or nights), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a first-class customer service to the client
  • Transacting all clients travel requirements, in a timely, accurate, friendly, and helpful manner in accordance with minimum standards
  • Compliance with client’s service level agreements
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and providing sound travel advise
  • Actively developing client relationships including attending client meetings and events

About You 

To be considered for the role you will ideally have previous travel consulting experience in corporate travel, but for the right candidate we would consider a background in retail, wholesale, or airline environment, and like us, you’ll have a passion for travel. To stand out from the crowd, you’ll also have. 

  • A track record of excellence in customer service with 3+ years working as a Travel Consultant
  • Ability to be agile in an ever-changing environment - no day in travel is the same, even more so in the current world of travel
  • Strong airfare / change processes including the use of VTP as form of payment 
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • The skill to manage a high volume of bookings  
  • Great knowledge of travel and desire to achieve results
  • You will be comfortable working remotely (home based) or flexibly in the office, communication in person or via video conferencing
