About the Opportunity 

This is an exciting new opportunity within Flight Centre’s corporate business. The successful candidate will be empowered to drive organisational changes across the globe and make big impact to the business.

Who are we looking for

You’d be a strong candidate if you have worked in a similar role and have experience in facilitating a large complex business like ours to develop a customer experience strategy, prioritise what matters most, and bring the strategy to life step by step through the prioritised work. It’d be a bonus if you had previously worked in a reputable management consulting firm and have 3-years strategy experience. 

What will you be doing

  • Facilitate the business to co-design a customer experience strategy
  • Facilitate the business to prioritise customer experience initiatives
  • Map the current state of customer experience, identify key pain points and root causes
  • Conduct annual environmental scan to identify changes and trends in the global environment we operate in
  • Support the leaders in governance, ensuring the project teams working on the priorities deliver high quality solutions on time
  • Conduct internal analysis to understand Flight Centre Corporate Business's characteristics, resources, and capabilities constraints
