About the Opportunity
Are you highly motivated and wanting to embark on a new experience in your Flight Centre Travel Group career? If so, a great opportunity exists for you in the Consumer Dispute Resolution Team as a Customer Relations Consultant.
Based in the Brisbane head office, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Service - processing of complaints, compliments and feedback
Contribution to team directives
Work closely with Customer Liaison staff (Consumer Risk) in the team to resolve disputes
Adherence to Customer Relations systems and operations
Communication with Team Leaders, Area Leaders and various FCTG departments as an advocate for Customer Relations
Essential Criteria
Exceptional customer service attitude
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Great problem-solving ability and negotiation skills
Patience, tolerance and compassion are virtues in this role
Ability to handle conflict situations well
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to manage change
100% belief in and commitment to the Flight Centre Travel Group systems and philosophies
Retail experience ideal but not essential – minimum 3 years travel industry experience
