About the position on offer: 6 Month Temp Position with potential to extend (25 hours per week, flexible with the days).

This role sits in the Customer Experience Team, whose purpose is enabling the entire corporate business to manage and improve customer experience in a systematic manner.  

The successful candidate will be supporting everyone in the team, especially the Voice of Customer Specialist, through undertaking a variety of administrative work, ranging from acting as an admin for some of the technical tools we use such as Qualtrics and Klue, preparing status report on data cleaning work that Account Managers and Operation teams are doing, handling basic inquiries from colleagues across the globe, to building and maintaining Frequently Asked Questions documents. 

What you will bring to this role:

We are looking for a tech savvy team player to join us. It is not essential for you to know how to use Qualtrics or Klue, but we’d expect you to learn them quickly. And of course, if you have prior experience in using these two tools, it’d be a bonus. 

Your understanding of the Flight Centre corporate business and your capability in navigating through systems such as Salesforce would be highly appreciated.  

  • Data cleansing, basic data analysis skills, and adequate communication skills are required
  • You will be reporting to Lina Li, the Global Customer Experience and Insights Manager
