We are on the lookout for an experienced Program Manager to join one of our product teams.  The ideal candidate will have experience in managing technical programs of work and would have worked in a diverse range of technology projects including – security, networking, telephony, compute infrastructure or systems implementations.

Day to day:

 

  • Assisting the product manager in maintaining and managing a prioritized backlog of projects for the program
  • Maintaining a program roadmap for planned projects
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the program by managing resourcing, finances, project dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Reporting the health of the program to the product steering committee
  • Managing some of the projects within the program of work as required
  • Contributing to the ongoing refinement and development of project & program management frameworks

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • 7+ years’ experience in managing technology projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using project scheduling/planning tools like MS Project/Planner/Wrike
  • General industry knowledge (SDLC, ITIL)
  • Aptitude for solving problems and thinking outside the box
  • Experience in managing technical programs of work
  • Relevant industry certification (PgMP, Prince2, PMP, PMI-ACP) - desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree - desirable
  • Travel industry experience - desirable
