As the Digital Insights Analyst you'll be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights in order to inform effective prioritisation and decision-making for Flight Centre’s Tech Products. This role will sits in a Product team and reports into the Data Analytics Lead, you'll be responsible for analysing platform performance and business data as input to the product roadmap for Flight Centre’s Tech Products.

Day to day:
Ensuring data is analysed into meaningful and actionable insights that will guide decision making and roadmap prioritisation
Effectively collaborating across multiple product, business, and data teams to inform and offer digital insights to improve user experience and adoption
Building and monitoring digital success metrics and garnering actionable insights from these
Clearly define and articulate the goals of the product and follow through with analysis post-launch to drive optimisation and continuous improvement
Establishing, managing, and maintaining best-in-class reporting and dashboards while ensuring data integrity
Analysing and identifying functional or experience gaps through data that lead to recommendations for improving product performance and capabilities
Engage relevant stakeholders to present insights, findings and recommendations through dashboards and reporting frameworks to Product Managers and Product Owners
Providing support in developing, implementing and enabling the digital analytics strategy and approach
Proactively seeks data sources to help the team make data driven decisions
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years’ experience in Digital Analytics, Tracking and Insights
2+ years’ experience working in or with Agile product teams
Strong experience and knowledge in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and other digital analytics and reporting tools
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience in Data Visualisation Tools (i.e. Microsoft PowerBI and Google Data Studio)
Ability to pull various sources of data and reporting and analysing into recommendations and actionable insightsAbility to fully articulate insights and recommendations to a digital product team
Ability to apply analytics and insights to validate design decisions and concepts
Ability to present and effectively engage with internal stakeholders
Ability to be a team player in a cross-functional team with a collaborative mindset
You'll earn brownie points if you have:
Experience with digital optimisation tools such as FullStory and Optimizely
Experience or the ability to pick up CSS knowledge to support
Experience in a travel-related industry
Flexibility required for early starts or later finishes for business needs, when required.
