FCTGs global technology team is responsible for delivering technology solutions that provide efficiency and enhanced effectiveness for both our people and our corporate customers.
The Enterprise Architect (EA) will own the design and evolution of the architectural blueprint and roadmap, facilitating our journey to an architecture centered around (micro) services and APIs, while becoming more cloud native. The EA is a business-driven technology leader that drives innovation and enables new business capabilities for our internal and external customers.
The EA will shape cutting-edge products and solutions while guiding and mentoring a group of talented engineers on all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements definition, design, architecture, development, testing, and integration. They will provide leadership to the engineering community by owning key modernization initiatives.
The EA will assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing the technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software and data design and implementation.
