The FCM Assist Team is responsible for delivering 24/7 service to FCM clients no matter their location in the world.
The team is a part of the 24/7 Corporate Assist Division and works closely with FCM local offices to provide a seamless service to all clients.
About the Opportunity:
A consultant within this team must use their exceptional customer service, along with an ability to manage their time effectively to provide an efficient & professional service to our FCM clients in a high pressure environment.
Consultants are required to work on a 24 hour rotating roster, and adhere to all Assist processes and policies.
Consultants in this team must be able to work autonomously and simultaneously across all 3 x GDS systems and capable of issuing tickets in emergency situations.
