FCM Assistant Team Leader - Emergency Customer Care

We are looking for someone energetic, driven, and adventurous to take on the Assistant Team Leader - Emergency Customer Care to fulfill our after hours customer care services. role with FCM Travel. 

*Must be experienced in corporate travel management and Sabre GDS systems!*

Hours: Overnights (10 hour shifts)

The Assistant Team Leader is the support to the Team Leader and bears the responsibility for the success of their team by providing the direction and vision for the team. In addition, the Assistant Team Leader role is to develop and grow the team through continuous training and monitoring process efficiencies. The Assistant Team Leader supports the TL and works with Customers and the Area Leader to ensure best results. The Assistant Team Leader leads by example, is disciplined, nurtures, develops and shares information.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing vision and focus for your team
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve goals and improve skills

Education and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 12 months experience within FCM Travel Solutions
