FCM Travel Solutions is a leading Corporate Travel Management Company blending a truly global presence with local, flexible, and personalized service. As an Inside Account Manager, you will partner with national customers and can in many instances work on US/CA footprints as part of a larger global travel program. You will be responsible for helping to create value for customers by being an expert in the FCM value proposition, technology, and service offering. Working with your portfolio of customers; you will be exploring ways to bring each customer value and savings in their travel program.

Responsibilities:
Deeply understand the FCM value proposition, technology, and services to bring value to customers
Be an expert for your customers business and their global travel program goals
Collaborate across multiple FCM departments including Consulting and M&E to achieve optimal program results
Deliver actionable and insightful customer travel program recommendations
Proactively identify customer opportunities and provide thoughtful recommendations
Become an advocate for the customer to ensure their success
Manage the lifecycle of the customer journey to ensure customer success and retention
What you’ll bring to help to make you successful in the role:
1+ years of travel industry experience (TMC experience preferred)
2+ years working in a direct customer facing role
A clear passion for customers and driving success
A strategic thinker with a natural focus on the bigger picture
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to make insightful recommendations and identify business opportunities
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, cross functional international teams and flexibility to adjust schedule to many times zones
A flexible mindset with a strong level of comfort when operating in shades of grey
A proven history of active management of the customer lifecycle to drive customer success and retention
Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and PowerBI)
Experience using Salesforce
