Strong communication and relationship building skills are key to ensuring our high touch customers always receive an exceptional experience. A Group Travel Manager is an expert in the booking and management of group travel requirements for a broad range of customers including; Corporates, Schools and Special Interest groups. Embodying all elements of FCM Meetings and Events, the Group Travel Manager is results-driven and delivers through customer engagement, proactivity and attention to detail.
