Corporate Admin is looking to hire 2 Admin Experts to provide administrative support to enable our corporate brands to function effectively in the best interests of our customers, minimising financial risk and to free up our selling staff from time-consuming administrative tasks. We have two roles available which will be allocated to the FCM or CT admin team depending on need once appointed.
This position is responsible for many aspects of the administrative tasks within the brand. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all admin tasks are completed on time and that you work with the operational teams and online to make sure charges are invoiced correctly. Working directly with your Assistant Team Manager, OBW team, Finance, Head of Corporate Admin and Operational Leaders, this role is responsible for ensuring our customers have been invoiced correctly and we are able to reconcile all transactions therefore minimising write offs. This role also works closely with Account Management, Customer Delivery to ensure that our client's information is correct, allowing for a seamless invoicing and charging process.
