As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide support to the Finance Business Partner of Premium, General Manager of Link Travel Group and other key internal stakeholders in the Independents Network within Flight Centre Travel Group. You will be responsible for partnering with the General Manager of Link Travel Group to understand the commercial modelling of the business including the overrides received from various suppliers, support with financial insights and use data analysis to assist in decision making.

The role will assist in determining the best product to sell to the Members. Additionally, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of month end/ year end results while ensuring financial information is delivered in compliance with regulatory reporting and FCTG Group Accounting Policies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be able to foster relationships across multiple teams, while also looking to grow and develop their own skill base.

**Primary Responsibilities**

• Process distributions to Member agents
• Assist with the Half Year and Full Year Audit
• Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of our forecast and budget
• Build commercial modelling for overrides for Link Travel Group
• Month end close and preparation of financial reporting and analysis
• Review of expense and income coding across all Independents accounts
• Design management reports effectively, capturing key business indicators
• Work with the Product team on understanding the commission overrides
• Assist the General Manager for Link Travel Group with financial analysis of supplier overrides
• Support our Finance Business Partner and the Independents Senior Leadership team on strategic initiatives

**Skills/Experience (Essential)**

• Strong analytical skills 
• CPA/CA, or working towards
• 2 years accounting experience
• Excel and Power BI proficient
• Knowledge of the travel business
