We are looking for a Full Time Foreign Exchange Consultant who will be able to work across multiple stores in Perth's northern suburbs, including Joondalup, Whitfords, Galleria, Midland and the CBD.
More than just currency exchange
At Travel Money Oz, we consider ourselves more traveller than banker. As one of our Sales Consultants, you'll be an expert in our key products: foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers. Success with us means listening to your customer, asking open questions to understand their needs, and offering solutions that help them get the most out of their holiday. You'll deliver your service with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to outstanding customer service, and will have the ability to build your loyal customer base and drive local marketing initiatives.
About you...
Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPI's
You have a passion for customer service
Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
You're ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
You have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving
Great remuneration structure - get paid your way!
After three months in the role, you will be able to choose your own pay journey – stick to our great guaranteed structure of $57k plus super, OR opt in to our incentive structure. This option is a base wage of $53k, plus super, plus commissions. So whether money makes your world go round, or you’re after something steady, we will empower you to make the right choice for you.
