About the Opportunity:

The Travel Consultant is a customer focused, service driven individual, who understands the importance of outstanding customer service. Your primary purpose will be to provide exceptional service and support to our customers, as well as, making confident recommendations to our customers, who are retail travel agents.  You'll also need to keep up to date with the latest product trends and offerings, ultimately providing agents with the resources to make the booking for their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and book air, hotel, and sightseeing reservations
• Provide support for GOGO’s booking engine
• Sell the full range of travel products that GOGO offers
• Provide unparalleled destination product knowledge
• Deliver and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Problem solving and customer resolution
• Achievement of financial results and KPI's
