A rare and exciting opportunity has come up in the Group Travel section of FCM Meeting and Events as we are looking for a Consultant to join our team.
The Role
As a Groups Travel Specialist you will be working closely with both clients and airlines to quote and book specific group products. You will also work closely with the Venue Source and Events Management team on joint projects. You will be managing various avenues of enquiry and will be assisting with different types of group requests.
Skills and Experience
Experience or knowledge of arranging Group Travel – Essential/Desired
Experience using a GDS – Essential (Amadeus – Desired)
Group Travel Experience or knowledge – Desired
Venue Sourcing Experience or knowledge – Desired
Customer service Experience – Essential
