About the Opportunity
In this 10 - 12 month fixed term contract role, you will play a pivotal role in leading, maintaining and implementing the Australian B2B marketing programs for FCM, FCM Meetings & Events, and Stage & Screen Travel (Large Market pillar for FCTG AU Corporate Division).
In addition, this role will have the added responsibility of being part of the Large Market management team to ensure core objectives are achieved. This opportunity can be either Sydney or Brisbane based.
Key Duties Include:
  • Leading a marketing team of experience marketing specialists to develop relevant programs to drive qualified opportunities in line with business priorities
  • Manage and maintain the implementation, execution and measurement of Large Market FY23 Acquisition and Retention marketing plan
  • Give strategic direction into the FCM Meetings & Events content and campaign calendar
  • Give strategic direction into Stage & Screens content and campaign calendar
  • Work closely with the LMS management team to deliver on marketing projects aligned with sales, retention and operational priorities
  • Work closely with the FCM Global Marketing team on key milestone projects involving lead management flows and lead scoring.
  • Partnering with the AU sales leader and retention leader to develop and execute the appropriate marketing regional strategy that aligns to business priorities and objectives
  • Accountable for the total marketing budget and ROI targets for the region
  • Analysing, leveraging, and acting on data-driven insights to help enhance the overall marketing strategy
  • Work with digital marketing resources to develop paid media strategies that drive brand, acquisition and engagement deliverables
  • Champion and communicate brand and campaign initiatives to key internal stakeholders
  • Competitor Analysis to identify gaps or opportunities in our brand strategy
  • Organise customer and prospects events in line with brand strategy
What You Will Bring (skills and qualifications)
  • Considerable experience in leading marketing activity for detailed planning and tactical execution of B2B lead generation programs
  • Proven leadership capability in a high performance environment – being present, visible and vocal with key stakeholders inside and outside the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of current market trends in the B2B travel environment
  • Highly organised, proactive, and creative
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles
