With Lisa Leonelli moving into a new opportunity in FCM an exciting leadership role has opened up in Business Solutions supporting our CT brand.

As the Head of Productivity for CT, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and productivity across all functions with a specific focus on our Travel Experts. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, communicating, and delivering the CT productivity and income strategies for the UK.

As a crucial part of Business Solutions & a member of the CT SWOT Team this person will proactively work with the brand to ensure our workflow and priorities support the overarching brand strategy for the UK and deliver the productivity gains needed for the brand to scale. To do this they will work closely with CT SWOT, Customer Delivery, Product, Business Solutions & Finance to ensure there is alignment around priorities, projects, business initiatives and deliverables. This person is also responsible for the OBW team, empowering the OBW Team Manager to take full ownership of their function, providing the crucial link back to consultant training and adoption of initiatives.

Their responsibilities will focus around four main areas:

  • Communication & delivery of strategy, plan & priorities
  • Deployment, training and adoption of new customer and consultant facing products
  • Delivery, maintenance, enhancement and discipline of systems and workflows
  • Consultant onboarding, productivity & support
