About the Opportunity
HELiO Support is a global business with offices worldwide including Australia, Europe, the United States of America, South Africa and Indonesia.
The trainer/facilitator must be a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service and demonstrates a passion for the science of learning.
Reporting to The Quality Assurance Manager, the trainer/facilitator must be able to confidently build multi-level relationships from Novice/New Starters to Senior experts and provide an ongoing training program in both a classroom and virtual environment.
