About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join the team in Phuket, Thailand. As a member of Discova you will be a part of a passionate sales team of Sales Representatives who are committed to consistently delivering an excellent customer experience and take pride in being the face of Discova. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and strong in sales skills to introduce company products to potential customers and close sales. The Sales Representative's responsibilities include researching competing products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales plans. You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits. Your interactions with clients and potential clients require you to have great persuasion and negotiation skills. You must also be socially perceptive, which means you can easily figure out what someone is thinking without him or her telling you. As a Sales Representative, you are responsible to meet and exceed individual as well as team sales targets, consistently delivering a high-quality customer sales experience, and thriving in a high-performing team environment. To be successful as a Sales Representative you should demonstrate strong negotiation skills and convince customers to purchase company products. Ultimately, a top-performing Sales Representative should achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that purchased products are delivered to customers in a timely manner and continually meet or exceed sales targets to earn more of your sales commission in return.
