Inside Sales Team Leader (Corporate Traveller / Flight Centre Business Travel)
Reporting into and working closely with the NISL (National Inside Sales Leader), the role of the Team Leader is primarily focused on coaching and driving the BDRs to achieve individual and team results while adhering to team processes and aligning to team strategies. Leading from the front, you will consistently deliver to your own BDR KPI’s. Success is built on key role expectations and requires high level of self-motivation and commitment to team goals.
