The world of business travel is changing rapidly more than ever. With the market recovering and the need of insights to inform key business decisions, a new role has been created to support FCTG corporate brands in deeply understanding the macroenvironment, the corporate travel management market, our targeted customers and existing customers.
About the Opportunity
As a Market Research Specialist, you will lead various qualitative and quantitative research. You are expected to proactively understand stakeholders’ needs for insights, turn their needs into clear research briefs, and choose the right research methodologies, and conduct the research either in house or through agencies. This role has great future career opportunity as the team grows within the next few years.
What you will be doing
Conduct strategic market research such as customer needs-based segmentation, brand tracking research, environmental scan, competitor analysis, etc.
Provide on demand survey and research support to stakeholders.
Own our Competitive Intelligence (CI) tech, curate and distribute relevant CI across the business.
Work closely with Voice of Customer Specialist and generate rich customer insights together.
Support the rest of the team as well as the broader business to make best use of the insights we generate.
Who we are looking for
You’d be a strong candidate if you have worked in a market research company or in house in a similar role that has given you broad exposure to various research. The expertise we are looking for is qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement, reporting and presentation skills. It’d be a bonus if you have qualifications in market research or related disciplines.
