About the Role 

Reporting directly into our Marketing Automation Manager in Brisbane, you will be the primary owner of Eloqua in the APAC region, based in Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney. Melbourne or Singapore.   The direct team consists of 3 staff members across the globe and is part of a larger corporate group. The direct team is independent, diverse, inclusive, work's autonomously and has the technical ability, matched with the tenacity to excel at everything they do

Through a deep understanding of our prospects, customers, and brands, you will develop and lead the in-region automation strategy to acquire, implement and retain customers.

You will also work to support the global Automation platform with the Global Automation Manager, assisting with implementation, administration, and adoption of Eloqua across brands, helping to ensure project and business needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Customer journey building, campaign set up, email design, testing and execution
  • End-to-end email campaign management, including email builds, QA, dynamic list segmentations and proper deployment
  • Continually seek opportunities to advance automation efforts. Create the logic, build and launching automation campaigns for global teams
  • Manage and enhance A/B testing roadmap within email and providing continual results and recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Regional product support – build superior level product knowledge and support best practice for implementation, program development and campaign execution
  • Manage and build the in-region automation strategy for lead generation, implementation and retention tailored across multiple personas and brands

Our ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and autonomously, and have the confidence to speak with senior executives at all levels.

Requirements

  • Marketing Automation experience is a must, and you will have knowledge/understanding in one or more of these areas
    • Digital Marketing
    • Email Marketing tools (Eloqua preferred but not required)
    • Salesforce CRM
    • Data Management and Database Management
    • Analytics and Reporting
    • Business Process Automation
