An exciting vacancy has become available to lead the CT OBW Team.

 

The Role:

The position sits within our Business Solutions area supporting the CT brand. The successful candidate will have a real passion for systems, seeking productivity gains and working with the CT Operational teams to understand their challenges. It is critical that this person works closely with the Head of Technology for UKI and CT Brand Leader & Ops Managers to increase productivity.

As the OBW Expert Team Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the CT OBW Expert Team and maintaining an exceptional standard in the 4 pillars of the business – Simplify, Document, Train, and Audit. This is a 'hands on' role that requires an excellent knowledge and understanding of Corporate Traveller systems and processes, ensuring they are robust and maximise productivity and the customer experience.

You must motivate and educate people to have successful careers in the Corporate Traveller brand through consistently excellent delivery of Learning and Development. This should be focused on continuous development through the consultant pathway and/or tailored to productivity opportunities at an individual, team or brand level as appropriate.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Managing the OBW Team - Ensuring the team deliver their responsibilities to a high standard. This includes communication, problem-solving, training, coaching, and auditing
  • Training - Write & facilitate the CT training programs with your team. This may involve training staff in all areas of the company to ensure that they are equipped with the skills to achieve their goals. Ensuring this training is delivered to a high standard.
  • OBW Audits - Devise and facilitate the team to deliver CT OBW Audits. This involves auditing the CT teams to an agreed OBW standard focussed on productivity. Report on and feeding back to help further understand the training needs of the brand.
  • Problem Solving - Facilitate the OBW mailbox and deal with queries from the brand to further upskill them. Identify improvements to existing processes and work towards solutions. Ensure documentation exists for all processes to facilitate learning and training.
  • Relationship Building - Strategic planning with Ops managers and head of ops regarding their staff and business needs. Building rapport with teams and trainees to better understand their training needs. Ensuring that all Ops Managers and Team Managers have ‘bought’ into OBW and understand the reasons why systems and processes are in place.
  • Business Focus - Awareness of budgets and cost-saving measures Working on productivity ideas
