Operations Analyst - Fixed Term Contract

We have an opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our team on a 12 month contract and help develop and implement best business practices to ensure optimal performance across our business. The best person for this role will be an excellent communicator who an experienced change manager with outstanding problem solving skills.  


Alongside your team you will be responsible for identifying procedural and technical shortcomings and developing plans to remedy these. You will work closely with product managers and the technology team to ensure the platform will meet short and long term business outcomes.


You’ll be perfect in this role if you can showcase:

  • Reporting, metrics and observability
  • Researching and resolving problems; maintaining system integrity and security
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information
  • Improving and documenting workflow for platform releases
  • Analysing customer feedback in real-time to ensure production issues are identified immediately
  • Working closely with Website Customer Support and Finance teams to ensure the platform is continually improving based on their needs


We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Agile software development methodology experience
  • Working with external vendors and suppliers
  • Sound business analysis skills, including solution definition, business process flows, impact analysis, problem resolution and reporting
  • Basic understanding of all aspects of systems/software development lifecycle
