Paid Media Specialist

Reporting to the Global Paid Media Manager, you will be working closely with other members of the marketing team to drive new customer acquisition and raise brand awareness across our paid channel ecosystem. The role's primary responsibility is to manage the execution and optimisation of the paid media function within Flight Centre’s Corporate Brands. The candidate must have experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook, as well as a deep understanding of each platform and its functionality.

Accountabilities:

  • Paid Media Execution - Executing paid media campaigns across but not limited to paid social, paid search and programmatic;  Media planning and performance forecasting delivered on regular basis; Optimising campaigns through bid/keyword management, A/B testing and channel selection, with a focus on increasing lead results;  Manage global and regional paid media budgets, limiting overspend or underspend for the campaigns.
  • Platform Management - Manage global and regional advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads (Search, Youtube, GDN), LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Bing and other channels as required.
  • Reporting + Insights - Ensure full tracking implementation across paid media assets that feeds into FCTG corporate reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, PowerBI + Datorama;  Provide monthly and campaign paid media analysis with a focus on objectives and KPI’s;  Work with the wider digital marketing team to deliver actionable insights for paid media lead generation.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified – Undergraduate.
  • 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant platform certifications – Google Ads, LinkedIn Certification etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics or other relevant reporting tools
  • Further marketing expertise, including knowledge of CRM systems, e-mail campaigns & online marketing tools relating to SEO an advantage. 
  • Preferably an agency background but not essential.
  • Delivering within a B2B environment will advantageous 

Details:

  • Location: Chancery Lane/Hybrid
  • Start Date: 1st January 2023
  • Salary: £42,000
  • Hours: Full time (37.5 - Monday-Friday with WFH flexibility as per company policy)
