As the Regional Product Marketing Manager you will be focusing on bridging the current gap between internal regional Product Owners, Marketing Comms, Sales teams and additionally global stakeholders.
You will ensure we develop a market leading product strategy & communicate effectively the market positioning, product messaging & competitive differentiation of our core technology service solutions.
You will manages the process of bringing product(s) to market, which includes deciding the product’s positioning and messaging, GTM planning and associated activities, and ensuring all relevant Flight Centre Travel Group channels and customers fully understand our offerings. This role also aims to drive the demand and usage of all product & services we sell, and to ensure that the Voice Of the Customer is being utilised within the full product lifecycle
You’ll be perfect in this role if you can showcase:
Positioning: Identify and develop product positioning that uniquely differentiates our Corporate brands (FCM & Corporate Traveller) as the leading provider of TMC solutions.
Sales and marketing tools: Help in the creation collateral, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and blog posts, to communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
Product launches: Work with internal global product teams, external Tech Partners/Suppliers to plan the market launch of new products and development releases and manage the regional cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Communications: Work with sales, account management and marketing comms teams to broadcast our message to the market, across the organisation, and our partner community.
Market intelligence: Be the expert on regional market developments and competitor insights, and our clients in how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our how to best succeed regionally.
Demand generation: Support the Brand marketing strategy and programs that create interest for our TMC solutions in all market segments
Industry leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years experience in mid - senior product marketing, having held a similar position working across tech and supporting services industries
Experience is product lifecycle/customer lifecycle management and new product development methodologies
Experience working with and preparing pitches for industry analysts
Strong project management skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
The know how to succeed in a matrix structured organisation
Have an interest/passion in technology
