As the Product Owner in our websites team you'll help make travel simple and fun whilst improving the customer journey. Defining the customer roadmap and implementing strategies to design, build and deliver initiatives that are focused on providing solutions that support our customers online. We work autonomously from anywhere and work collaboratively online or in the office to achieve our team goals.

Day to day:


  • Be an expert in your domain, live and breathe the website experience, advocating the customers voice.
  • Oversee the development process and work with engineering teams to ensure priorities are understood. Ensure the business value is made clear to engineering and design teams
  • Manages the product backlog, including prioritisation, grooming and defect management.
  • Deliver to tight timelines, in association with project and product teams
  • Constructs and prioritizes delivery processes to ensure that the development team is clear on what to work on next.
  • Work collaboratively with the product manager and product team to identify a minimum viable product.
  • Key role in agile software development, including estimations, planning, user story acceptance and release activities.
  • Oversees Business Analysts who gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Work with teams to overcome roadblocks that may impede product development
  • Work with user experience teams to perform A/B testing and ensure products meet the customer need
  • Stay up to date with trends in the industry, our competitors, and perform research as required
  • Actively participate in product discovery activities which help shape delivery
  • Contributes to the wider strategic vision and roadmap
  • Communicates the voice of the customer to the development team.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure a quality product by working closely with team members throughout delivery.
  • Participates in SAFE agile planning activities including PI (program increment) planning, aligning development with business goals


You'll earn brownie points with...


  • Website experience with a strong focus in providing solutions to improve the experience online for customers
  • Content Management Systems (CMS), SEO, Google Analytics experience
  • 3 plus years industry experience in managing digital products
  • Leadership mentality
  • Genuine passion to learn from the people around you and a keen interest in growing within a company long term
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Aviation or Travel industry experience
