This role is responsible for overseeing the Business Improvements team; this role has a high focus on using leadership skills to drive solutions amongst a variety of stakeholders, ensuring that offshore and system uptake is always at a maximum and that product communications are effective, timely and relevant.
What you will be doing:
Drive a strong vision and focus for your team
Team development and retention of team members, ensuring all team members have a development plan in-line with their brightness of future
Advocate global supply and selling partners’ business strategies
Maintain and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships (national and global)
Review, Quality Assurance and development of outsourced operations
Maintain strong relations with preferred suppliers
Manage business escalations and prioritisation with appropriate teams and businesses
Crisis support and crisis management
Lead the team in developing processes to increase productivity and efficiencies through discover, design and deploy of system and/or processes
Leads and sets an example in the roles and responsibilities of ProHub Business Improvement Managers, including:- management of offshore partners; system admin and maintenance; automation management; process design; project management; business analytics; understanding and communicating stakeholder impacts; working with SMEs to effectively transition new work to offshore partners and automation solutions
