About the Opportunity

This role is responsible for overseeing the Business Improvements team; this role has a high focus on using leadership skills to drive solutions amongst a variety of stakeholders, ensuring that offshore and system uptake is always at a maximum and that product communications are effective, timely and relevant.

What you will be doing:

• Drive a strong vision and focus for your team
• Team development and retention of team members, ensuring all team members have a development plan in-line with their brightness of future
• Advocate global supply and selling partners’ business strategies
• Maintain and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships  (national and global)
• Review, Quality Assurance and development of outsourced operations
• Maintain strong relations with preferred suppliers
• Manage business escalations and prioritisation with appropriate teams  and businesses
• Crisis support and crisis management
• Lead the team in developing processes to increase productivity and efficiencies through discover, design and deploy of system and/or processes
• Leads and sets an example in the roles and responsibilities of ProHub Business Improvement Managers, including:- management of offshore partners; system admin and maintenance; automation management; process  design; project management; business analytics; understanding and communicating stakeholder impacts; working with SMEs to effectively transition new work to offshore partners and automation solutions

What you will need:

Essential

• 5 years + travel industry experience
• 3 years + leadership experience
• Extensive supply product knowledge (air, touring, hotels, cruise)
• Ability to multi-task across multiple streams and handle competing  priorities
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills – utilising a wide range  of channels
• Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
• Stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of Leisure &/or Corporate Travel systems booking  flows
• Strong understanding of Supply including content distribution, fulfilment  and systems

The business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
