About the Opportunity

Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. The project manager must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.

Project Manager required a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You must be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation, perform risk management and mitigation plan to minimize project risks.
  • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties, vendors and the project team. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change. Report and escalate to management as needed. Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation of the project.



  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies with PMP or Price II certification.
  • Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations with conflict resolution skills.
