FCM Meetings and Events is seeking a motivated individual to lead and support the sales & account management team, and who can deliver a winning strategy for new and incumbent business across Meetings, Group Travel and Virtual/Hybrid/Live Event Management, including event production, digital and creative services and our online meetings platform.

Responsibilities
To communicate the FCM Meetings and Events sales strategy clearly and consistently across all key stakeholders in FCM M&E and FCTG Corporate
Identify and develop key strategic partnerships to the betterment of the FCM M&E value proposition
A member of the leadership team who leads by example and advocates the business strategy
Set and drive the vision and targets for new business growth and customer retention
Drive accountability and discipline to sales and retention targets using Salesforce and following FCM M&E and FCM sales processes
Communication and collaboration on sales and retention strategy with shared services including product, marketing, and technology
Proactively support the ongoing training/development of sales team members
Support the sales team to win new business sales at a profitable level from both new and existing customers
Achieve your own individual sales targets
Ensure sales activity results in high conversion rates
Ensure that in all pitch responses the brand standards, CVP (Customer Value Proposition) and market proposition are clear and compelling, and responses are complete, timely and best in market.
About You
Demonstrated sales and leadership skills in the same or a similar role
Demonstrated customer service experience
Event management course and/or relevant industry experience
MICE product experience in key regions
A knowledge of all relevant MICE suppliers
Tertiary qualification in Business or related field desirable
