As a Sales Travel Consultant in our Airport team, you will be a great problem solver to get travellers off on their journeys! When you aren’t saving the day, you will be planning and booking amazing travel experiences for our customers. Working at the airport means you will learn the ins and outs of all things airfares while delivering excellent service.
You will be:
Using your expertise and problem-solving skills to find solutions for travellers
Delivering exceptional service in order to sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and related travel over the phone and via email
Keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest travel regulations and government restrictions
Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintain financial documents
Working towards nationally recognised qualifications (Cert 3 & 4 in Travel)

You have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving
Have a passion for customer service
You are calm and methodical
Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
You're ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
GDS experience desired but not essential
