As a Sales Travel Consultant in a customer facing retail store, you will help to plan, book and coordinate your customer’s next amazing travel experience. You will make travel easy while providing excellent service, and irresistible deals for every traveller. You will be working towards KPI’s and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.

That’s the FCTG Way. We’re on the lookout for our next sales travel consultant for our FC Mandurah store, someone with experience in fast paced challenging environments, a strong work ethic and knows how to build key relationships with clients. 

You will be:  

  • Using travel experience to sell the products and destinations you love 

  • Delivering exceptional service in order to sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and related travel products in person, over the phone and via email  

  • Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintain financial documents  

  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest travel regulations and government restrictions  

  • Working towards nationally recognised qualifications (Cert 3 & 4 in Travel)

  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPI's
  • An efficient organiser and independent (We’re not here to micromanage you!)

  • Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to efficiently learn new computer systems   

  • Interest in career progression and personal growth
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving

About the team: 

  • You will be based in our Mandurah store working amongst a very experienced team
  • Our team is an experienced group of consultants ready to onboard someone with ambition and determination to succeed

  • Opportunity for growth into a Future Team Leader role within this store.

  • This role is permanent full time, with 4 weeks of Annual Leave and Personal Leave ( Part time is not available at this location)
