Senior Direct Marketing Executive

About the Role

In this role you will be helping to develop, execute and manage various types of data-driven promotional and strategic marketing activity.  You’ll work on direct marketing for our Flight Centre brands including creating email campaigns, customer journeys & automation, improving engagement, while helping to drive acquisition and retention strategies for our databases.

You will be dealing with different Flight Centre brands and people around the Flight Centre business; this will mean you will be working in a busy retail marketing environment and therefore must enjoy the fast-paced nature of retail marketing!

Key Responsibilities

• Developing & maintaining a customer contact plan across Direct Marketing channels
• Developing and building customer journeys
• Planning, producing, and deploying creative and engaging email campaigns using SFMC
• Developing and managing acquisition and retention campaigns for our clubs
• Utilising and analysing customer segmentation models to improve performance

About You:

• Solid experience developing and building creative email campaigns and customer journeys
• Experience using email automation platforms
• Sound data analytical skills
• Savvy time management and organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• The proven ability to build great relationships with various business partners & internal stakeholders
