Are you an experienced communications professional with a passion for innovation?

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Global Communications Manager to join our fast-paced environment to ensure information sharing and enhance engagement across our organisation.  

The Senior Global Communications Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of our internal communications framework, strategy and plans across multiple teams globally to ensure that our communications of product releases are coordinated, effective and consistent. This will include communications for major new initiatives, smaller releases, and business as usual activities 


What you'll do...

  • Lead the internal communications strategy and plan to deliver engaging communications to our people 
  • Develop a framework for modern and concise communications 
  • Bring product and technical knowledge to clearly drive communication of the impacts of releases and changes, and craft appropriate supporting communications 
  • Ability to translate technical delivery for business users 
  • Develop communications for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc needs 
  • Lead innovative initiatives to ensure the information reaches staff in busy environments 
  • Build strong working relationships at all levels globally with senior stakeholders and internal teams 
  • Work collaboratively with portfolio and product teams to support change and communications 
  • Carry out research internally and within the market and competitors to ensure we communicate effectively 


Who you are...

  • Demonstrated senior experience driving product communications for a fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrated success in the development of communication strategies, frameworks  and plans 
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing using language understandable to management and employees 
  • Solid understanding of product delivery within a technical environment 
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in communications/marketing 
  • Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders, leading requests from inception to delivery 
  • Ability to successfully deliver communications to agreed quality, time, specification, and budget targets  
  • Demonstrated experience working in a lean agile software development environment 
  • Empathy for the customer experience, as well as data analysis, should inform all decision making 
  • Ability to lead projects interacting across multiple teams and stakeholders throughout the organisation 
  • Acquire subject matter expertise in the functions and activities of the organisation 
  • Strong experience in handling multiple and parallel projects  
  • Marketing design skills to create professional presentations and messaging artifacts 


Highly desirable...

  • Experience in the travel and/or airline industry 
  • Experience with design tools
